Review of the previous week lessons:(5-10mins)
Pronounce some ஆகார வரிசை words-கா, ஙா, சா, to kids and asked them what உயிர் எழுத்து(vowel) sound does it resemble.
Given a few words, asked them to read the words and explain the meaning.
Eg. அம்மா, அப்பா, மாம்பழம், நாய்
Introduction on குறில்(short sound) - மெடில்(long sound) conversion and practiced some words
Lesson-4 திரும்பப் படித்தல்
Read sections 1,2,3 & 4.

SECTION 1 - WRITING
Learn lesson-2 only the ஆகார வரிசை உயிர்மெய் எழுத்துகள்.
Write the ஆகார வரிசை உயிர்மெய் எழுத்துகள் formation once in the notebook.
க் + ஆ = கா, ங் + ஆ = ஙா, till ன் + ஆ = னா
Write pages 3,4 in Handwriting book.
Fill in the blanks with the correct குறில்(short sound) or நெடில்(long sound) word :
SECTION 2- Reading list & Reading log:
Reading list is given below and is also present at the front of the handbook.
Reading log is present at the front of the handbook.
After reading, fill the details in the reading log, get parents sign and bring it to school next week, to get teachers sign.
Students, practice reading with correct pronunciation.

Conversation: என்னை பற்றி
Draw and color a picture of you or have a photo of you and answer these questions in conversational Tamil.
1) உன் பெயர் என்ன?
2) உன் வயசு என்ன?
3) உங்களுக்கு பிடித்த நிறம் என்ன?
4) உன்னுடைய hobby என்ன?
This can also be an interactive talk between the student and a parent/friend.... One person asking the question and student answering in Tamil.
Do the conversation, activity and submit the video to the teacher before the next week class.
SECTION 4 - REVISION
Students, learn a word and its meaning for any ஆகார வரிசை உயிர்மெய் எழுத்து like கா, ஙா, சா, ஞா... to tell in class next week.
