SECTION-1 LEARNING
Learn lesson-6 'தட்டு நிறைய லட்டு’ பாடல்.
Learn either the first 5 lines of the song or the last 5 lines of the song
Learn lesson-8. Learn words for the letters to tell in class.
Write the formation of the letters (கி-ணி) once in notebook.
க் + இ = கி......
ண் + இ = ணி
Do பயிற்சி-1 in exercise book
Write only கி-ணி in page-8 in handwriting book
SECTION-2 - Reading list & Reading log
Reading list is given below and is also present at the front of the handbook.
Reading log is present at the front of the handbook.
After reading, fill the details in the reading log, get parents sign and bring it to school next week, to get teachers sign.
Students, practice reading with correct pronunciation.

SECTION 3 - CONVERSATION VIDEO
Conversation: பழம் -நீ ஒரு பலமாக மாறினாள்
1) என்ன பழமாக இருக்க ஆசைப்படுவாய் ?
2) உன் சுவை என்னவாக இருக்கும்?
3)நீ என்ன நிறத்தில் அல்லது நிறங்களில் இருப்பாய் ?
4) என்கனன்ன சத்துகள் உன்கிட்ட இருக்கும்?
என்பதை பேச்சு தமிழில் கூறவும் . அந்தப் பழத்தின் படத்தை வரைந்து வண்ணம் தீட்டி அல்லது அச்சிட்டு வண்ணம் தீட்டு அல்லது நிஜ பலத்தை அல்லது பொம்மை பலத்தை காணொளியில் காட்டவும்.
Do the conversation, activity and submit the video to the teacher before the next week class.
SECTION 4- PRACTICE
Students, learn a new word and its meaning for any one of the letters கி, ஙி, சி, ஞி, டி, ணி, other than the book to tell in class next week.
SECTION 5- PROJECT-2
Prepare for Project-2 - ”எனக்குப் பிடித்த உணவு”(My favorite food). Due on week-12
Ask kids to bring a toy of their favorite food or they can draw & color or cut & paste a picture of the food in a construction paper.
In class, they need to tell 5 sentences about that food in Tamil.
1) what food is that
2) why the student likes it
3) the taste of the food (இனிப்பு, புளிப்பு…)
4) What ingredient gives that taste to the food
5) one interesting fact about that food.
Marks will be given based on their picture & how clearly kids say the sentences in Tamil in class.
